Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to drink. It mellows, and turns into a warm hug to your senses. The cocoa influences from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa adds citrus notes to add the balance. The result is a cup that can be consumed by itself, or with milk chocolate or cake. It can also be paired with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges extremely well.

We recommend using the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just been boiled will keep it warm. After the brewing process, let the coffee infuse for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as it can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in your cup.

Strength - 3, soft and easy to go, great for relaxing at the weekend.

Storage

Lazy Sunday is a soft light roast that has citrus, sweet and cocoa scent. It has a soft mouth feel that caresses the palate. The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winter's day spent on the sofa with an enjoyable book and an embrace from the family. To brew the coffee first heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to stop the coffee from absorbing too much and forming unwanted elements in your drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Then, after four minutes, you can take a take a plunge and relax.
